When I started this blog I intended to write at least once every three days on it.
It’s been almost a week since I logged on.
Between school, work, and trying to have a semblance of a social life, I haven’t read or written anything that hasn’t been required of me. Last night I tried putting a pen to paper but the ink just pooled up and bled through the page. It’s times like this when I question what the purpose of school is and how much I could make as an entrepreneurial artist.
Both answers make me remember why I’m grateful to have the opportunity to receive a higher education. Yes, at times it can be grueling, challenging, and exhausting. After meeting so many people who would do anything to have the opportunities I have, I can only think of myself as grateful and lucky. To all my fellow university students out there, keep on keeping on, guys. It’ll all be worth it.
